First Numbers for 2009
It feels good to get the first grape analysis for 2009. The other day, we received our numbers from DuBrul Vineyard:
degrees Brix Titratable acid pH
Merlot 17.8 1.06 3.08
Cab 16.5 1.82 2.99
The fruit still has a long way to go.
