Demptos and Sequin Moreau and racks

Billo ordered new barrels – 3 from Demptos and 3 from Sequin Moreau.  Man, new French barrels are expensive.From Sequin Moreau, we are getting 3 of the Selection Rouge Bordeaux Export barrels in medium + toast with toasted heads.  The wood, primarily from Troncais and Alliers, is aged in France but coopered in Napa.
